• Tap - ticketing for the future
Our proprietary device-to-device ticket validation method, the Tap, is the fastest and most secure way to process tickets. Guests with the Tikkit app navigate to the 'My Tickets' page, you chose Tap and move phones near each other. In seconds, both devices will flash green or red approving or denying the guests ticket. It's fast, offline, and incredibly secure. Try it out!
• Scan - process paper or emailed tickets
Each purchaser on Tikkit receives an email receipt with their ticket. Use Scan to process. Simply point your device at their printed or digital ticket to validate. Just like Tap, the screen will flash green or red to admit.
• Search - "Oh no! I forgot my ticket!"
Guest show up at your door with nothing? No problem! You can manually search their name on your guestlist. If they've already been admitted, a check will show next to their name. If not, simply select them from the list to mark as entered.
